SITE ACQUISITIONS CONTINUE WITH NEW SCOPE
Chancerygate has been steadily acquiring sites throughout 2014 and as part of its push into the regions has now broadened the scope of its search.
Managing Director, Eddie Cook, comments: “We began the year with £50m to spend on new development opportunities and have already acquired a series of sites in London and the South East. With further funding, an expanded development team and the opening of our new Manchester office, our plan is to increase our industrial development programme to £100m before the year end”.
“In addition to London and the south east we are very much on the lookout for development and refurbishment opportunities in key locations throughout the UK.”
Chancerygate is looking for opportunities with the following characteristics:
- Development sites of 1-10 acres suitable for industrial or trade counter uses
- Multi-let industrial estates with asset management and refurbishment potential
- Unbroken/part-broken estates
- Short-term income and voids considered
Please contact any of our development team below if you feel you have a site that will be of interest to us.
