ENFIELD 85% PRE-SOLD AHEAD OF CONSTRUCTION
As construction of Chancerygate’s 90,000 sq ft Lumina Park project in Enfield begins, 85% of the industrial, warehouse and trade units have been put under offer or pre-sold.
Lumina Park is located on the Great Cambridge Road (A10) and adjoins an existing Travel Lodge, Toyota Car Dealership, Big Yellow Self Storage facility and a terrace of four trade units. Chancerygate acquired the three-acre site earlier this year and is developing 12 units ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft up to 16,600 sq ft. The units are available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
