APOLLO HAS LIFT-OFF AT YATE
Posted on: Oct 27, 2015
Chancerygate has started construction of Phase 1 at Apollo Park – a speculative development of industrial warehouse units at Yate near Bristol totalling 82,200 sq ft. The scheme representing 50% of the 6.5 acre site will provide 12 units capable of providing a range of flexible industrial space from 3,500 sq ft to 21,300 sq ft.
Apollo Park is located on Armstrong Way within the established Great Western Industrial Estate to the west of Yate town centre and north of Bristol. It is well positioned for the M4 (J18/19), M5 (J14/15) and access into central Bristol via the A432/M32. The site commands a prominent location visible from Goose Green Way.
Chancerygate Development Director, Alastair King, comments: “This scheme is within a mile of Yate town centre and the railway station, and we expect it to appeal to a wide variety of end-users on either a freehold or leasehold basis. Enquiries are strong and we secured an early pre-letting of the largest unit. The remainder of the site will be developed in early 2016 and is currently under offer to a single occupier.”
