Andrew set up Chancerygate in 1996 and now chairs the Board of Chancerygate Business Centre Limited. He has previously set up and run a number of property related businesses and has been instrumental in guiding Chancerygate to its market leading position. Andrew sits on the Boards of several companies and brings his considerable experience on development and investment to bear in all strategic matters.

Don has been working in property for more than 21 years and trained as a Chartered Building Surveyor. He specialised in project management at an early stage and this led him to develop expertise in advising funds and investors. He was previously Construction Director at Chancerygate, responsible for the delivery of their entire development programme over eight years. Before joining Chancerygate, Don was at King Sturge, where he was involved in advising a number of institutional clients.

Alastair is responsible for managing the disposal of all existing units within the Chancerygate portfolio. He is also the main contact for occupiers looking for bespoke design and build solutions on sites already owned by Chancerygate or looking for development opportunities where Chancerygate can act as development partner with the occupier.

Alastair joined Chancerygate in 2007 from Doherty Baines, where he was a Partner heading up the Industrial Agency team. Prior to Doherty Baines, Alastair spent over seven years at Knight Frank’s London office as an industrial agent. Alastair has gained a wealth of experience throughout the UK in the demands of blue chip industrial / warehouse occupiers in a variety of markets.

Greg joined Chancerygate in 2005 and has been instrumental in the delivery of our development programme. A qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Greg has the experience and knowledge to deal with an extremely wide range of construction related issues. He has particular expertise in renewable energy and sustainability and helped to develop the application of the Merton Rule. He works very closely with our professional team and his natural talents to motivate and his technical knowledge make him a valuable asset.
