CBC Tolworth, located just off the A3 trunk road, continues to go from strength to strength with a further two of the eleven units going under offer this week on a freehold basis.

This follows the sale and letting of 60% of the scheme since it was completed in early 2009, and demand for the remaining 3 units, 2,241 sq ft - 2,753 sq ft, is looking as though it will outstrip supply.
