Nairobi Coffee and Tea Company bag a deal at Chancerygate Business Centre Hemel Hempstead.

The Nairobi Coffee and Tea Company have acquired Units 1 & 2 CBC Hemel Hempstead. The units total just over 7,500 sq ft arranged over ground and first floor.
A 5 year lease with an option to purchase over the first 3 years of the term has been signed with the Watford based company who have already started to move in their machinery. The units will be used for the packaging of coffee and the production and storage of tea bags.
This deal demonstrates the increased demand for flexible terms that allow occupiers to lease units with the ability to buy in the freehold at a time in the future that suits them and at a fixed cost agreed at the outset. Chancerygate have moved with the market and are offering these types of deals across the majority of their developed schemes throughout the England and they have proven very popular.
This deal increases the number of units disposed of at CBC Hemel Hempstead to 6 within the last 4 months, with a further 2 units now firmly under offer. 13 units, ranging from 2,175 - 4,660 sq ft, remain available to either lease or purchase.
