The Champagne Company have taken Unit 2, totalling 3,240 sq ft, at CBC Birmingham Central on a new 5 year lease with an option to purchase the freehold of the property at the 3rd anniversary of the term.

Previously running out of farm buildings the growth in the company over the last 12 months has meant that The Champagne Company needed larger and more modern premises quickly. CBC Birmingham Central, which is located in Miller Street, Aston provided an ideal match to their requirements.

Chancerygate were able to turn the deal around quickly within a matter of weeks which meant that within a few weeks the company were in and fitting out the unit ready to take stock of its first cases just in time to meet the seasonal uplift in demand.

This deal follows the letting of Unit 4 to African Caribbean Foods and Unit 7 to Links Cash Carry.  A further unit is close to completing and Chancerygate are reporting strong interest in the remaining 8 units which range from 2,086 sq ft to 3,864 sq ft.
