Chancerygate alongside Helical Bar Plc have concluded the sale of 6,594 sq ft to Thompson Schultz the high class soft furnishing company.  They will use a combination of 3 units, 6H, J and K for their manufacturing facility.

The sale follows that of Unit 7E which was sold to Pretti Catering, a local catering firm based in Southall for warehouse use earlier in the month.

The scheme has proved very popular over the last few months with 7 units being sold within the last quarter of 2009.  Units of between 2,163 sq ft and 10,131 sq ft remain available on this secure site, which benefits from a 24 hour manned gatehouse.

In addition a site of 2.8 acres is available for design and build of single units of between 20,000 sq ft up to 75,000 sq ft.
