Working with Helical Bar Plc, Chancerygate have succeeded in disposing of a further three units at their new development in Kidlington, Oxford.

Unit 25 totalling 4,708 sq ft was sold to Binibi Ltd the UK largest online suppliers of glass mosaic tiles and Unit 7, 2,206 sq ft was sold to Aqua Technology, Belgium's leading manufacturer of automatic swimming pool covers who will use the unit to coordinate their UK distribution operation.  Both parties have been searching for a freehold unit with in the Oxford area and CBC Kidlington is one of the few development that provides units which can be purchased by occupiers.

House and Carriage, the removals, secure archive and documents storage firm have also taken occupation of Unit 30, one of the larger units on the estate totalling 7,455 sq ft on a new 15 year lease with an option to purchase.  This has allowed them to benefit from taking a larger new premises to expand the business, starting on a lease with the benefit of having an option to purchase the freehold over the next couple of years when the business allows.

Binibi Ltd, Aqua Technology and House and Charriage join Oxforshire County Council, Barns and TVCO on this popluar scheme.

Units still remain available on the development for either sale or lease and range from 2,200 sq ft to 7,338 sq ft.
