Manbat Ltd subsidiary Batteryman has signed up on a new 5 year lease on Unit 4, totalling 2,501 sq ft, comprising a prominent trade park unit fronting onto Kingsbury Road.  Batteryman will operate a new trade centre outlet from the unit adding to their network of 9 other outlets throughout the UK.

The prominent trade park located opposite the multi screen Showcase cinema benefits from a planning consent that allows up to 25% of the floorspace to be used for trade sales, ideal for Manbat’s use.
