Chancerygate have successfully sold a further unit at their development in Hemel Hempstead which is now over 65% sold or let .  

FMM Sugarcraft have purchased Unit 7 and will use the 3,414 sq ft unit to run their manufacturing & supply of cake decorating equipment from the estate.

A further two units are under offer on the estate with units ranging from 2,175 sq ft up to 11,758 sq ft still available to purchase or lease.
