Further to the sale of Unit 12 at CBC Brentwood earlier in the year Chancerygate have completed the simultaneous sale of Units 9 and 11.  CBC Brentwood is one of the few new industrial and warehouse developments offering units for sale to owner occupiers.

Unit 9 totalling 3,378 sq ft was sold to PSI and Unit 11, 2,024 sq ft was sold to Electrical Mechanical Installations Ltd.  These units have been purchased on a freehold basis demonstrating the continued desire of companies to own their own unit rather than lease a premises and therefore benefiting from all the advantages of controlling the premises in which they run their business from.

PSI purchased their property via the company SIPP and leased the premises back to their operating company.  Electrical Mechanical Installations Ltd purchased their unit outright.

Units ranging from 2,499 sq ft to 3,780 sq ft remain available for sale or to lease.
