As a result of its continued and expanding development programme, specialist industrial developer and investor, Chancerygate, has made four new development hires and is opening a new Manchester office at 9 Chapel Walks in the city centre.

For nearly 20 years, Chancerygate has primarily focused its industrial development activity on London and the South East where it has successfully developed more than 6m sq ft of industrial space. It is one of the leading industrial and warehouse development businesses in the UK with more than 80 completed developments ranging in size from 12,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft. In the past year it has embarked on a £50m site buying programme and is now looking to extend its activities more widely across the UK.
