Chancerygate has appointed Colliers International and JLL as leasing agents on a new industrial development at Houstoun Industrial Estate in Livingston. The site extends to 3.2 acres and has planning consent for up to 80,000 sq ft of manufacturing, industrial or distribution accommodation.
It is located at Houstoun Interchange, a prime location for companies looking to locate in close proximity to junction 3 of the M8 motorway with the ability to service Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.
