Chancerygate welcomes Colonna Coffee to Apollo Park, Yate as the coffee roaster lets 4,923 sq ft of space in a high specification end of terrace unit in order to facilitate their growing business. Property consultancy JLL, working jointly with Colliers International, acted on behalf of Chancerygate, whilst Gerald Eve acted on behalf of Colonna Coffee.
Colonna Coffee will be joining existing tenants Saddleback and James Latham at the 153,700 sq ft sq ft estate. Interest in the scheme, which is one of Bristol’s most recently completed speculative developments has been high, with a further four units under offer, leaving only four remaining units available for occupation.
