Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management acquired Beeston Business Park, a 40 acre, 250,000 sq ft mixed-use estate in 2015.
The 60,000 sq ft office facility has been fully refurbished to a Grade A specification. Planning consent has been secured for 20 acres of residential development (310 units) and 130,000 sq ft of B1/2/8 accommodation in 20 units.
This complicated project has involved the collaboration of all three of Chancerygate’s core disciplines, asset, development and project management.
