The governing characteristic for purchases is the potential to add value in the short to medium-term through active asset management or redevelopment.

Examples of where we have applied our expertise to maximise returns through deployment of our balance sheet monies include:

  • Properties requiring significant CAPEX and refurbishment
  • Estates which have medium to long-term redevelopment potential for industrial or other uses.
