Chancerygate is celebrating fully letting all 15 units at the second and final phase of its Milton Keynes Trade Park.
Due to the development’s success, Chancerygate is currently actively seeking further development opportunities in and around Buckinghamshire to satisfy the demand for its product in the region.
The final occupier to sign a lease at Milton Keynes Trade Park was wireless and telecommunications project consultancy Parker Beaumont.
Other businesses located on the trade park include automotive e-motor engineers Integral Powertrain, avocado dip maker Holy Moly Dips and beauty supplier Izabelle Hammon.
Totalling more than 46,000 sq ft, phase two of Milton Keynes Trade Park comprises new industrial and warehouse units ranging from 1,900 sq ft to 4,400 sq ft. The whole scheme totals 135,000 sq ft across 43 units. Phase two has been fully let in less than 12 months since it was completed.
Located on Goulds Close off Watling Street in north Bletchley, the development was already 55 per cent pre-let last March when it was officially opened by the Mayor and Mayoress of Milton Keynes.
Commenting on the development’s success, Chancerygate asset manager, George Jerram, said: “The local market for high-quality industrial and warehousing space is very buoyant. Having high-quality schemes like ours located in Milton Keynes is boosting the local economy, creating new business and employment opportunities and attracting further investment.
“We are now actively seeking other strategically located sites in and around Buckinghamshire. With our excellent track record for building successful speculative industrial schemes, we are confident of bringing more development to the region in future.”
Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial property development and asset management company and the only one operating nationwide. Its asset management team currently manages £220m of assets across 4.9m sq ft of commercial space in more than 350 units.
The company’s development team currently has 30 active developments nationwide, including another Buckinghamshire scheme located in High Wycombe called Wye Business Park, which has one final 15,400 sq ft unit remaining.
This year, Chancerygate will triple its completed developments compared with the previous year, delivering more than one million sq ft across 13 schemes compared to 340,000 sq ft in 2018.
With its Bletchley office located at Milton Keynes Trade Park, Chancerygate also has offices in London, Warrington and Birmingham.
