Chancerygate in running for industry awards this Autumn

Chancerygate has been shortlisted for Developer of the Year as well as awards within a further two categories at the forthcoming Industrial Agents Society Awards.

Maylands Point, Hemel Hempstead has been shortlisted for Best Multi-Let Industrial Estate whilst the 55,0000 sq ft bespoke warehouse unit at Apollo Park, Yate, developed for James Latham PLC is in the line-up for Deal of the Year under 75,000 sq ft. In addition, Apollo Park has been shortlisted by Insider Media for Industrial Development of the Year at the South West Property Awards.

Eddie Cook, Managing Director commented: “Despite the questions surrounding Brexit, Chancerygate has maintained a belief in speculative industrial development, and consequently, we have achieved some remarkable results. With 12 sites purchased over the last 12 months and 1.23 million sq ft in the development pipeline, we look forward to continuing to work with our agents and partners to bring more high quality schemes to the market”.

Chancerygate’s Development Director Alastair King also commented: “It is fantastic news that Chancerygate, having remained the most active developer in the UK industrial multi-unit sector has been shortlisted for a number of awards this Autumn. The shortlisting of our Grade A schemes in Yate and Hemel Hempstead provides recognition of our ability to identify well located sites throughout the UK, our commitment to listening to our end users and our flexibility to accommodate bespoke requirements”.
