Leading industrial developer, Chancerygate, has exchanged contracts to acquire five acres of industrial development land from Legal & General’s Life Fund at Crossways Dartford. Completion of the transaction is subject to a satisfactory planning consent being secured for B1, B2 and B8 uses.
Adam Courtenay, Development Manager at Chancerygate commented: “We have worked closely with Legal & General and the Crossways Management Company to secure this prominent site adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge on Junction 1a of the M25.
Our plans are to bring forward a scheme on one of the remaining development plots at Crossways that we believe will satisfy pent-up demand in this location. The development will have the flexibility to be offered to occupiers on a leasehold or freehold basis”.
Knight Frank represented Chancerygate and Altus Edwin Hill acted for Legal & General.
