The development is located two-and-a-half miles north of the city centre with good access to junction 3 of the M6. It forms part of a large mixed-use commercial and residential development with plans for 515 new homes to be delivered by housebuilders Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey.
Class E (formally B1c) B2 and B8 (subject to planning) uses.
Units will be available on both a freehold and leasehold basis.
Planning for the scheme has been submitted.
