Festival Trade Park is located within the established Kingsditch Trade and Industrial Estate which lies 1.4 miles to the North West of Cheltenham town centre and benefits from excellent road and motorway access with nearby major road links including the A40, A4019 and the M5 (Junctions 10 & 11) approximately 3 miles to the west.

The trade units will be located on the most prominent part of the site benefitting from the frontage to both Runnings Road and Kingsditch Lane.
The traditional industrial/ warehouse units will incorporate first floor office space and will be fitted out and have been designed in such a way that units can be combined if required.
Planning consent granted for E (formerly B1c), B2, B8 with ancillary trade uses.
The units will be available on a leasehold basis.
The site is currently under construction.
Chancerygate employ the latest environmentally friendly
technologies to reduce the costs of occupation. The scheme will ensure a minimum 8% decrease in CO2 emissions over 2013 Buildings Regulations. As a result, occupation costs to the end user will be reduced.
