The proposed scheme comprises 19 units with sizes ranging from 3,218 to 19,913 sq ft.
Units 17 and 18 have been designed so they could be combined (totalling 32,990 sq ft) and if they were, a private yard for the combined units could be created.
The units will be inclusive of unfitted mezzanine levels at first floor.
Diamond Road is an established industrial and distribution location in the north of the city close to Norwich airport within close proximity to the A1042, the Norwich inner ring road, the A140 which connects to the A11 (Norwich to Cambridge) and the A47 (Norwich to Leicester).
Each unit will have integral first offices at the front, and our recommendation is that the eaves height should be a minimum of 8 metres.
