In competition, Chancerygate secured a mandate from Orchard Street Investment Management to provide redevelopment advice and then deliver this 58,000 sq ft institutional quality scheme in 2 units.

Chancerygate secured the letting of unit 1 to Selco prior to obtaining planning approval, resulting in the project being 60% pre-let.

Unit 2 was speculatively built and pre-let at the final stages of construction to Elliot Baxter.

The development was delivered 100% pre-let, on time and within budget.
