Chancerygate acquired this 1 acre site on the Lombard Industrial Estate in Wimbledon and secured  planning permission within three months of submission to construct two modern industrial warehouse units totalling 26,000 sq ft.

Both units were pre-sold to The Trinitarian Bible Society with the project being reconfigured to accommodate the occupiers need for future expansion.

The scheme was named Development of the Year at the Industrial Agents Society Awards in 2015.
