Chancerygate Investment Properties Limited (CIPL) is responsible for the investment portfolio that comprises a number of multi-unit trade, warehouse and industrial schemes located across the UK. Several of the schemes were developed by Chancerygate and provide grade-A specification with high ESG credentials.
Decision making takes place with a strategy of long-term thinking to actively enhance returns and grow the portfolio.
The team is actively seeking new opportunities as follows:
- Refurbishments of older warehousing and industrial schemes, where a comprehensive refurbishment can be carried out to reset ERVs and meet our ESG criteria.
- Development sites, with or without planning permission, for the speculative development of multi-unit estates. Suitable locations must include an established occupier base, up to ten acres in size and excellent access to the national road network and/or towns and cities is necessary.
