This encompasses 79 assets with 300+ units from Dundee to Exeter, generating over £21m+ in rental income. We manage assets for both our own balance sheet and third-party partners such as specialist fund managers, local authorities and family offices.

We are interested in assets across all major regional cities in the UK, including Greater London and the Central Belt of Scotland, as well as properties located near key arterial routes. Additionally, we seek opportunities in major urban areas across Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia.

Seeking regional dominant multi-let industrial (MLI) and urban logistics assets in the £10m - £50m+ range, including portfolios, with a value-add strategy focused on brown-to-green strategy. Targeting opportunities with access to short-term reversion to drive income growth and create long-term value.
