Matthew Storr has joined leading industrial developer, Chancerygate as a Project Manager.
Matthew was previously an Associate Director in the Capital Projects team at CBRE where he managed and monitored complex construction projects.
Matthew will be based in the London office with his role encompassing the full spectrum of project management associated with the company’s industrial development activities. This will include providing technical support to the development team on all site acquisitions, the appointment and management of specialist external consultants and the procurement and project management of all building contracts associated with Chancerygate’s new build and refurbishment projects.
Chancerygate’s Managing Director Eddie Cook commented: “Matthews extensive experience in building surveying and project management will be of great value to the Chancerygate team at a particularly busy time with the company committed to a pipeline of industrial development encompassing more than 2.2m sq ft.”
