The fund’s requirements are:

• Target lot size £3m – £15m
• Multi tenanted industrial estates
• UK wide
• Individual units from 1,500 to 50,000 sq ft
• Located close to conurbations or in proximity to major road networks
• Yields – Net Initial Yield of 6.5%+
