Chancerygate acquired the 6.4 acre site within the wider Beeston Business Park in joint venture with Hines UK in March 2019.
The park is located approximately 3 miles south west of Nottingham city centre midway between the city and the M1 motorway. Beeston Train Station is immediately adjacent to the park, providing frequent services to both Nottingham city centre (6 minutes) and London St Pancras (1 hour 40 minutes) as well as connections to local towns and cities such as Loughborough, Leicester and Derby.

The speculative development consisted of 18 units totalling 156,812 sq ft. The scheme reached Practical Completion in March 2020, with 40% pre-sold/exchanged at the time. The development is now under the Asset Managements team responsibility to ensure the best commercial outcome for our occupiers.
