Overview

Festival Trade Park is located within the established Kingsditch Trade and Industrial Estate which lies 1.4 miles to the North West of Cheltenham town centre and benefits from excellent road and motorway access with nearby major road links including the A40, A4019 and the M5 (Junctions 10 & 11) approximately 3 miles to the west.

The scheme consisted of 9 trade counter units ranging from 3,487 – 5,930 sq ft and 5 warehouse/industrial units ranging from 5,155 – 34,981 sq ft.

The trade units were located on the most prominent part of the site benefitting from the frontage to both Runnings Road and Kingsditch Lane.

The traditional industrial/warehouse units incorporated first floor office space and were fitted out and have been designed in such a way that units can be combined if required.
