Overview

Dagenham Logistics Hub completed in Q2 2024 and was a joint project with Chancerygate, a fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management, a UBS Group company,  and global real estate investor, developer and manager Hines. It extends to 172,000 sq ft development within 15 units, ranging from 6,546 sqft to 34,826 sqft. The development was forward sold to investment manager Padrock in June 2022.

Situated between the A12 and A13, Dagenham Logistics Hub is less than half a mile from Eastbrook Studios, London’s Largest film and television production centre.

All the units at Dagenham Logistics Hub feature electric vehicle charging points. In addition, all properties feature air source heat pumps and solar panels on their roofs which provide green energy on an affordable basis.

In addition, the units are constructed from high-performance building materials to reduce CO2 emissions and occupier operation costs. The scheme has achieved an EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent rating.
