Dagenham Logistics Hub completed in Q2 2024 and was a joint project with Chancerygate, a fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management, a UBS Group company, and global real estate investor, developer and manager Hines. It extends to 172,000 sq ft development within 15 units, ranging from 6,546 sqft to 34,826 sqft. The development was forward sold to investment manager Padrock in June 2022.
Situated between the A12 and A13, Dagenham Logistics Hub is less than half a mile from Eastbrook Studios, London’s Largest film and television production centre.
