    • Covid-19 pandemic

This scheme repurposed a formerly contaminated site in the affluent town to create a modern industrial warehouse scheme in a location that had not seen new units delivered in over 20 years. The site achieved an end value of £10.8 million / representing a 43.5% Profit on Cost / 33.2% IRR for the developer.
