Overview

Chancerygate acquired this 1.9 acre site located in the Thames Valley with an existing 45,000 sq ft single unit in place. The unit had been under offer to another developer before Chancerygate secured the site having identified further development potential.

Planning consent was granted to split the existing unit into three and extend the building using an additional 10,000 sq ft from an adjacent car park. Comprehensive external and internal refurbishment works included replacing the cladding, creating an overclad roof with new lights and new mezzanines across the front of the units.

The largest unit was sold prior to Practical Completion with the rest of the development sold/under offer within two months of PC.
