Yate, Apollo Park

Overview

Apollo Park was the first speculative multi-unit scheme to be built in the North Bristol area for over 10 years.

Construction of phase 1 of the scheme commenced mid 2015 combining a 21,300 sq ft pre-let to Saddleback and 61,000 sq ft of speculative units over 3.5 acres.

Phase 2 which commenced immediately following completion of Phase 1 consists of a bespoke 55,500 sq ft warehouse and office facility on 3 acres which was pre-sold to national timber panel import and distribution business James Latham PLC.

The scheme was built on time, and to budget, whilst accommodating various tenant amendments during the construction period.
