Tom Faulkner

Tom joined Chancerygate in 2018 and was promoted to Development Director in 2022.

Tom’s role encompasses the full spectrum of industrial development, from appraising sites and making acquisitions, through to disposals, both on freehold and leasehold basis. Tom also has experience in forward funding deals and joint venture agreements.

Tom was previously a Development Surveyor at Savills, where he worked as a planner and development agent. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2017, Tom joined Savills Corporate Real Estate Team, advising industrial and office clients on their real estate strategies. Prior to joining the property development sector, Tom worked as an Investment Analyst within a private fund management business.

Tom is a keen supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion FC.
