Aggy Bak

Aggy joined Chancerygate in 2024 as group financial controller and has over 10 years’ experience in real estate finance. Aggy’s role encompasses ownership of all aspects of both the fund and corporate related activities providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the business as well as business partnering with third party administrators, legal teams, auditors and tax advisors.

Prior to Chancerygate, Aggy worked as head of group finance at PLP, a specialist UK logistics and industrial property business, where she established the company’s finance functions for both the fund and corporate activities. She had extensive involvement with all strategic financial matters, including debt and equity financing, acquisitions, disposals and scenario modelling.

Aggy is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
