Alastair KingBA (Hons) MSc MRICS

Alastair joined Chancerygate in 2007 as Development Director and was promoted to Head of Development in 2018. Prior to joining Chancerygate, Alastair was a Partner at dohertybaines, where he headed up the Industrial Agency Team. Before that, Alastair spent over seven years working for Knight Frank as an Industrial Agent.

At Chancerygate, Alastair leads the development teams in both London and Manchester in identifying and delivering schemes to meet the demands of occupiers in a variety of markets across the UK. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the planning and development processes as well as the requirements of the occupational market gives Chancerygate an added advantage when bidding for new development opportunities.
