Alex Houghton

Alex joined Chancerygate in July 2022 as senior financial analyst and was promoted to European manager in July 2023. Alex’s role focuses on Chancerygate’s expansion into Europe. This covers acquisitions, development and sourcing funding.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Alex spent six years at hospitality and build-to-rent operator Native Group where he focused on underwriting potential future opportunities. Before that, at commercial property fund manager Tishman Speyerk, he focused on financial reporting and analysis. Alex is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
