Andy FarrerBA (Hons), MSc

Andy joined Chancerygate in September 2021 as a development manager in our Warrington office.

As a development manager, Andy’s responsibilities include sourcing new land opportunities, development appraisal and industrial & warehouse development.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Andy worked at Peel L&P as a development director on business parks. He has also worked for CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton.

Andy graduated from Northumbria University with a BA (Hons) in history & sociology, real estate in 2005 and completed MSc real estate management, commercial surveying in 2006.
