Carmelle TextorBA (Hons), MSc, MRTPI

Carmelle joined Chancerygate in April 2021 as a Development Planning Manager, bringing with her over 13 years’ planning experience in the private sector.

At Chancerygate, Carmelle works with all three development teams, assisting them in appraising and acquiring sites, securing planning permission and maximising the development potential of a site.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Carmelle was an Associate Planner at Savills working across a range of sectors and carrying out various planning roles including: development appraisals; advising clients on development potential and opportunities; preparing and submitting planning applications and project managing. Before this Carmelle worked for Thames Water Utilities Ltd within their in-house planning team.

She is also a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Outside of work, Carmelle is a keen netballer, but also loves to spend time out and about on her road bike, is a member of her local running club and enjoys good food and wine with friends and family.
