Chris BrownBSc MRICS

Chris joined Chancerygate in 2017 as a Development Manager, bringing with him a diverse range of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the North’s industrial markets.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Chris had been a partner at Cushman & Wakefield, heading up their North West Industrial Agency Team where is was involved in some of the region’s most high profile industrial transactions of recent note. Before this, Chris was a Country Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam following a role with a leading Australian Vietnamese developer in the delivery of a major office development in the country.

At Chancerygate Chris works with the North West Team, focusing on site acquisition, appraisal and delivery of new developments across the North of England.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys following and playing football, mountain biking, travel and going to see live music.
