Dan PowersBSc (Hons) MRICS

Dan joined Chancerygate as a Project Manager in 2020. Prior to joining Chancerygate, Dan was  a Director within the Project Management Team at JLL, Birmingham.

Dan qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2013 following his graduation in 2008 from Coventry University where he attained his Honours Degree in Building Surveying.

Dan is based in Chancerygate’s Birmingham office where he is involved with all aspects associated with the project management of Chancerygate’s industrial developments in The Midlands. This includes assessing the viability and undertaking due diligence of perspective sites through to the to procurement and delivery of construction contracts.

Outside of work, Dan is a member of a local golf course and is a keen football fan.
