Ed Dobbs

Ed joined Chancerygate in 2024 as development director and head of Ireland. Based in Dublin, Ed oversees the sourcing, appraisal and delivery of development opportunities across the island of Ireland.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Ed spent seven years at Hammerson plc where he held the position of development director for the Irish business, leading a high-profile mixed-use project and other standalone residential development projects.

Other experience includes over two years with CBRE IM within its Pan-European shopping centre fund team, based in Amsterdam and four years with RioCan REIT as an investment and valuation analyst, based in Toronto, Canada.

Ed has a BA in economics & geography from Trinity College, Dublin and a MA in property valuation & law from Bayes Business School, London.
