Eva HoldenLLB BSc

Eva joined Chancerygate as general counsel in 2021, bringing 12 years’ experience advising on the delivery of complex projects and reorganisations across a range of sectors. Eva’s appointment to the role of COO marked the start of the company’s next phase of growth, further increasing the focus on strong operational foundations, effective cross-departmental collaboration and driving ESG considerations at every opportunity.

Eva works closely with her fellow board members to formulate and implement company strategy together with establishing policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision. Eva has responsibility for all legal matters arising in connection with Chancerygate’s activities alongside oversight of HR, CSR and day to day operations.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Eva worked in the restructuring team at BCLP, specialising in complex real estate transactions. At BCLP, Eva advised clients at all stages of the business cycle, including new joint venture arrangements, corporate and asset sales and acquisitions, investment structuring, existing debt/equity restructuring and strategic group reorganisations.
