Felipe Lainez

Felipe joined Chancerygate in January 2024 as development director for Spain, bringing with him extensive experience within the industrial and logistics industry. His role focuses on driving Chancerygate’s expansion in to Spain, securing new opportunities and ensuring that the developments are delivered according to plan, as well as stablishing long term commercial relations.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Felipe was at Mirastar Real Estate Investment, KKR’s Logistics and Industrial Investments operational partner as development director for Southern Europe. Before that, he worked as a freelance project manager delivering logistics developments, and participated extensively in Obramat expansion as technical project manager for twelve years, where he contributed to the success of the company delivering several projects in Spain. Felipe has a master’s degree in mining engineer from the Polytechnical University of Madrid and is a certified professional project manager by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
