Ian QuinnBSc (Hons)

Ian joined Chancerygate as a project manager in January 2024.

Based in the Warrington office, Ian is responsible for all aspects associated with the project management of Chancerygate’s industrial developments in the northern regions and Ireland. Working alongside our development managers and asset managers, Ian provides advice on all technical and construction matters including assessing the viability and undertaking due diligence of perspective sites through to the procurement and delivery of construction contracts.

Prior to joining Chancerygate Ian worked at commercial real estate company Colliers, where he was an associate director in the project and building consultancy team.  Here he specialised in project management, development monitoring and due diligence services for national and regional clients across a number of industry sectors.

Ian is a chartered building surveyor and graduated from Salford University in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) in building surveying.
