Jason Sharman

Jason Sharman joined Chancerygate as european director in 2023, having spent over 24 years working in central Europe. Jason initially trained as a chartered surveyor in London and then moved to the CEE region, working in Kyiv, Prague and Warsaw with DTZ and JLL.

In 2004 Jason was appointed Poland country manager, and later became an equity partner and European board member, at King Sturge. More recently, Jason ran his own businesses, Burlington Real Estate and Tradeparcs, focusing on industrial acquisition, development and asset management.

During his career, Jason and his teams have advised or precured real estate projects with a GAV of over EUR 5 billion across all commercial sectors. Jason is a leading player in the European market with high level contacts and relationships across the industry.
