Joff’s experience is focused on the multi-unit industrial and warehousing sector. He has acquired eleven sites on which Chancerygate has built over 1m sq ft of warehousing. Several of the schemes have been in joint venture, which is one of his specialties. Joff led on the funding of five speculative developments totalling over 600,000 sq ft. This is the largest single transaction of its type in the UK and was the winner of the IAS Investment Transaction of the year. In his role in the Family Office he is responsible for overseeing an investment and development portfolio as well as managing the family’s private property affairs. Joff is actively involved in the Chancerygate Foundation as a student mentor.
