Matt Stowe

Matt is a chartered member of the Institute of Building, with a range of construction expertise, working in industrial, commercial and both public and private sectors over the last 15 years. He is responsible for advising Chancerygate’s development and project teams on all aspects of construction prior to works commencing on site, during the construction programme, and at the same time building positive relationships with build contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Prior to joining Chancerygate as a Construction Director, Matt was previously a Senior Project Manager at Glencar Construction where he delivered a number of highly successful industrial projects.

In his spare time, he likes cycling, snowboarding, Formula 1, is an avid supporter of Nottingham Forest and likes to take family walks in the Peaks.
